Second series for Gogglebox

TV3 have confirmed that it has commissioned a second series of the hit show Gogglebox, which counts among its everyday stars the Tully Twins from Co Cavan.
Fergal and Neal from Cornafean, who enthralled millions of views with their takes on '3 F’s’- Farming, Football, and Fianna Fáil’, will be among those back again to comment freely on the best and worst television shows of the week gone by.
Bill Malone, TV3 Group Director of Programming, said: “We are delighted with the reaction to our first series of 'Gogglebox Ireland’. The casting is superb with the likes of the Tully brothers and Tracie and Anita really capturing Ireland’s love affair with TV, from the moments that make you think to those that make you laugh out loud. 'Gogglebox Ireland’ is a testament to the quality of programmes on TV3 and series 2 is eagerly awaited.”
The casting team is meanwhile scouring the streets and sitting- rooms of Ireland once more, looking for potential telly addicts to join the existing 'Goggleboxers’ for Series 2.
