What: Lacken School Parents Association are holding a table quiz night in Cronin's Ballinagh to raise much needed funds for the school. A raffle will take place on the night and finger food will be served. Entry €10 per person, table of four players. If you can't make up a team of four we'll help put teams together on the night. It will be a fun social evening and your support will make it a great event and will also be very much appreciated.

Game Night

The Cavan Curse

What: Arva Football Club are expecting a big attendance at the latest offering from Seamus O’Rourke when he brings 'The Cavan Curse' to Arva. The play is written by John McManus and Seamus is joined on stage by Fiona Fitzpatrick.

Drama Festival

What: The annual Kiltyclogher Drama Festival takes place from Saturday, March 4 to Saturday, March 11 nightly at 8.30pm.
Bailieborough Drama Group will open the festival on Saturday, March 4 with their production of 'The Tide'. Clann Machua Drama Group will present 'Juno and the Paycock' on Sunday, March 5.

Big Band Show

What: The Ultimate Big Band Show presents The Golden Age of Big Band Vegas. Las Vegas due to its very nature has been a melting pot for musicians and acts from the early 1940’s to the present day.
Legendary acts such as The Rat Pack, Louis Prima, Elvis Presley, Liberace and much more have all been a huge part of the city’s history.

Mental Health Talk

What: There will be a talk on 'Mental Health and Wellbeing' by Martin Cadden of 'Grow'. Grow's principal strength is the support members give each other from their own experience in matters to do with mental health. 
Everyone is most welcome at 8.30pm in Virginia Show Centre. This talk is organised by Virginia Men’s Shed.

Trad Irish Concert

Where: Mullahoran Parochial hall

What: The local Apostolic Society will hold their annual Traditional Irish concert.
A host of top class artists from all over the country will perform, proceeds to the foreign missions.
