Cavan's turning country!

‘Ireland’s Turning Country’ may well be one of his hit songs but Cavan’s turning Country this weekend as it prepares to host Irish Country singing sensation Jim Devine.

The former Voice of Ireland winner is making his way to the Country Club in the Hotel Kilmore where he is sure to delight fans.
Although only touring a few years, Jim is already considered among the elite of Ireland’s top Country singers and the Tyrone man seems to be going from strength to strength.
Named the best ‘New Band of the Year’ by the Sunday World in 2014, Jim Devine followed up that success with an accolade for the ‘Best Debut Album of the Year 2015’ for his album ‘Devine Country’. Jim and his band were also named the ‘Best Country Band’ at the Hot Country Awards Show in 2015.
His own particular brand of ‘feel-good country music’ includes such hits as ‘Leighann Loves to Dance’, ‘Baby Baby’, ‘Saw You Running’ and ‘Blink of an Eye’.
Jim Devine and his band will take to the stage this Saturday, November 4; while the following week, November 11, it will be the turn of Mike Denver.
