The final nine properties at Killians Court in Mullagh are being sold at auction individually or as one lot. The auction is taking place on Thursday, October 29, in the Lakeside Manor in Virginia at 3pm.

Killians Court is a small development in the picturesque village of Mullagh, Co. Cavan on the Meath/ Cavan border. Available for purchase on the day of auction are a selection of three and four bedroom townhouses, semi-detached and detached homes ranging in size from 1,080 to 1,396 sq ft. The development is ideally located just ten minutes from the new M3 motorway at Kells and approximately a 45-minute drive from Dublin.

"The properties are an ideal buy for a wide range of purchasers, from first time buyers to investors or those seeking a holiday home close to the lakes," according to auctioneer, Martin Shortt. Both Lough Ramor and Mullagh Lake are within a five-minute drive and other amenities nearby include a selection of quality shops, restaurants, schools as well as Headford and Virginia Golf Clubs.

All homes have a ten-year HomeBond structural guarantee and have been built by Lavelle & McAlinden.

The auction is being conducted by Martin Shortt Auctioneers who have a mortgage team in-house. Martin says he is more than happy to arrange letters of sanction from lenders in order that customers have finance in place for the day of auction.

Properties are available for viewing by appointment until the auction day with open viewings taking place on Sundays, October 11, 18 & 25.

For further details on the auction or to arrange an appointment to view contact Martin Shortt at 049-8541888 or 087-2450444.
