The entrepreneurial spirit of Cavan people has been confirmed again this week with the onward progression of another local enterprise.
Pottle Meats, Cavan, founded and managed by Tommy Brady, has just secured a contract with Tesco Ireland to supply its stores in this region with the popular Pottle brand of hams, gammons, steaks, rashers and sausages.
