A bird's eye view of Breffni Park

Cavan football is not for the birds just yet but these fledgling swallows are making their voices heard in Breffni Park.

The swallows are nesting in the press box at the back of the stand in the football ground and have been swooping and soaring over the heads of spectators since the Championship threw in a couple of weeks ago.

Photographer Adrian Donohoe managed to snap the baby birds during the Castlerahan V Killygarry match last Saturday evening, while the birds' mother was out foraging for food.
