Belturbet postman wins his fight against the flab

"Out there training again. That was the goal all along, it's been a long road but one worth getting there."

Belturbet man Vincent Fitzpatrick is quite literally half the man he use to be compared to three years ago. Admittedly overweight then, it's taken three years of sensible eating, early morning jogging and late evening gym sessions to reach the stage he's at now, a momentous achievement which he says could only be realised with the support of his friends and family.
