Welcome to our first ever 'Good News Edition' of The Anglo-Celt. This week, we have endeavoured, in so far as is possible, to keep bad news out of the paper.

In the print issue, look out for our sunshine logos bringing you good news from all over the county and check out our editorial explaining the initiative. In this online preview of the paper, look out for the 'Good news...' tag on stories.

Remember, positive thinking techniques are incorporated by sports performance experts, executive management consultants, psychologists and life coaches. The power of the mind to shape a person's quality of life and experience has become a guiding theme for individuals and professionals alike. Studies carried out over the last few decades have confirmed that these benefits are real. Look on the bright side.
