Crowds flock to Farm Machinery Show at Equestrian Centre

The Cavan Farm Machinery Show at Cavan Equestrian Centre has proved a major crowd puller over the past two days as farmers from across the region make the most of their last chance to view the latest agricultural hardware.
Men, women and children toured all the stands and inspected the massive tractors on view with wide eyed amazement. With farming still enjoying a fairy vibrant period, it was little surprise to see farmers inspecting the latest silage mowers, fertilizer spreaders, round balers, link boxes, the latest in Lely machines, cattle crushes and silage feeding rails for calves.
Whether you required wooden gates, paling posts or JCB’s or yard sweepers, you were in the right arena at the Cavan Equestrian Centre. If you are looking for innovations in agriculture, a warm jacket or a new pair of books, they were right there in your line of vision.
Exhibitors all extolled the fact the Cavan Equestrian Centre is a very central and expansive venue for the show, and they got a good response to their exhibits.
The Farm Machinery Show continues this evening.
