Tragic teen's funeral tomorrow

The funeral of the 16-year-old boy who tragically drowned at Killykeen Forest Park on Monday will be laid to rest tomorrow, Thursday, in Cavan.

The remains of Jonathan Paul Mongan of John Paul Avenue, Cavan Town, are reposing at Finnegan’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road today, Wednesday, from 2pm until 6pm with his removal to the Cathedral of SS Patrick and Felim, Cavan to arrive at 6.30pm. His requiem mass will take place tomorrow, Thursday, at 11am. Interment afterwards in Cullies Cemetery, Cavan.
