Accident on N3 Cavan bypass

 

Gardai and emergency services are dealing with a road traffic collision on the N3 Cavan bypass.

The accident occurred at the Drumalee flyover, and a unit of the Cavan Fire Brigade was dispatched to the scene.

The accident at around 2pm earlier today. A stop-go system is in place, but delays are to be expected ont he route.

A spokesperaon from Cavan County Council commented that a team “is working to clear the area. Drivers are asked to exercise care in the vicinity.”
