Cavan properties snapped up in online sale

Six of seven Cavan properties offered in an online auction by Dublin property firm Bid X1 were sold last week.
Of the seven lots in County Cavan, three of the properties advertised were in Ballyconnell, with Kingscourt, Ballyjamesduff and Cavan town making up the remaining holdings.
A Ballyconnell semi-detached three bedroom house was sold for €60,000, a three bedroom semi-detached with an asking price of €120,000 went unsold and vacant first floor one bedroom apartment with a reserve of €15,000 was auctioned off for €28,000.
Also up for auction was a property in Loreto Wood, Cavan, which went for €140,000. A detached cottage in Kingscourt went under the hammer for €73,000, a detached four bedroom house in Ballyjamesduff was bought for €100,000 and an end of terrace three bed property in Mullagh with a reserve of €80,000 was sold for €82,000.
