Game of Thrones prequel is being filmed at Marble Arch

Filming for the Game of Thrones prequel, set thousands of years before the recently concluded televised sage, is to be part filmed in the Marble Arch Caves on the Cavan-Fermanagh border.
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council have confirmed that American Television Network HBO are filming at the popular tourist attraction, with it and the Cladagh Glen both closed to the public until until Wednesday, June 26.
A spokesperson for HBO said filming would take place at a location in the North.
According to March Arch Caves management: “The Marble Arch Caves, including the visitor centre and car park, will be closed from Monday 17 to Wednesday 26 June 2019 inclusive due to filming taking place in the caves. Fermanagh and Omagh District Council apologises for any inconvenience during this time.”
The new spin-off series is not expected to hit screens until 2020 at the earliest.
