Thanks to the hospital

Madam,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank a number of people who helped and cared for me before, during and after my recent stay in hospital.

Many thanks to Dr. O'Hea and Dr. Hanlon from Cootehill, who have always and still give me such excellent care and attention.

Thanks also to the doctors and staff of Cavan General Hospital and a special thank-you to the doctors and nurses in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, who carried out my surgery, aided my recovery and organised my aftercare. I would also like to thank the nurses and carers of Castlemanor Nursing Home Cavan; the care and attention I received there was of the very highest standard.

May I also thank all my kind neighbours and friends for all their help and support over the last number of years and especially during the last few weeks.

Yours,

Willie Clarke,

Latsey,

Canningstown,

Cootehill.
