A lambing event of some magnitude occurred at the farm of Mr. William Blakely, Taulaght House, Ballyheelan, Co. Cavan, on Tuesday last, when no less than nine fine lambs were born to three mother's within an hour - one set of quads, one of triplets and one of twins. The mother's and offspring are all thriving.
