There was an excellent entry of 98 competitors for the Captain's ( Mr. D. O'Kelly ) Prize Day at Co. Cavan Golf Club on Sunday last. Our picture shows the Captain ( third from left ) presenting his prize to the winner, Rev. R. Brady ( second from left ) who returned 65 nett to win in the 2nd nine from Philip Smith ( second from right ). Also in picture are ( from left ) - Dr. B. T. Cullen, President of the Club; Jack Brady, Hon. Secretary; Dr. P. A. Farrelly, best gross, 74. Nine hole prizes were won by Sean McShary and Patsy Shields, September 1968, issue 6377
