Pat offers pure trad without the additives

Good News for music lovers!

Flautist Pat Tierney who released his debut atlbum at the Fleadh

Flautist Pat Tierney's debut album All in Good Time is a celebration of traditional music in its purest form. There's no experimentalism, no noticeable effects, no fancy production techniques, just pure trad without the additives or artificial preservatives.

The tunes are those the Ballyjamesduff man has collected and enjoyed playing over many years as he travelled the world. The album title presumably refers to his lack of urgency in committing them to disc, but since he first launched it at last year's Fleadh Cheoil, it could also apply to this review.
