Carlos Tevez has been cast in the role of both hero and villain for the two Manchester teams - which will he be tonight?
Excitement is building ahead of tonight's Premiership showdown with Cavan pub owners expecting plenty of squeaky bums on bar stools. Even those with only a passing interest in soccer will be eager to catch the drama unfold 212 miles away.
With a couple of matches still remaining, tonight's Manchester Derby is not quite a league decider, but it's the next best thing. If City win it's down goal difference alone separates the two teams; if United win the 20th title is surely all but wrapped up.
City of course hammered United 6-1 at Old Trafford, but we're unlikely to be treated to such a goalfest this time out - particularly when Alex Ferguson knows his charges only need a draw out of this clash at the Etihad Stadium. Pundits point to the last year's FA Cup semi-final encounter as a more likely indicator - in that game City pipped their neighbours 1-0. Mancini would be delighted with that scoreline tonight.
Throw in Carlos Tevez who has been cast as both hero and villain for both these Manchester giants - what are the chances of him deciding this encounter? He's joint favourite to be first goalscorer at 8/1 along with his compatriot Sergio Agüero and United counterpart Wayne Rooney.
Who do you think will win tonight? Where's the bast place to catch the game? Is there such a place as a Man City bar in Cavan?
