Hayes Expert Fantasy Football is back - and it could be you!

After the outstanding success of our inaugural Hayes Expert Championship Fantasy Football competition last season, the Anglo-Celt are delighted to announce that the competition will be running again this time around.

In association with Hayes Expert, the Anglo-Celt are proud to bring you a Fantasy Football tournament for the Cavan club senior football championship once again. The prize is a top-of-the-range flat screen, HD television from Hayes Expert.

Those who enter (entry is free of charge) will create a user’s account online through this link - www.anglocelt.ie/fantasyfootball. You will be asked to pick your dream team of 15 players from a list of players from Cavan clubs competing in the senior championship kicking off in July.

You must pick 15 players, including a captain for your team and a manager. There will be a maximum number of three team players allowed on your dream team from any one club. You must also pick a name for your team (within the boundaries of decency) and indicate to which GAA club in County Cavan you have the closest affiliation to.

The leader board of entrants will be published every Wednesday in the Anglo-Celt print edition, as will the top Fantasy Football teams of the week and best performing clubs in the county (in terms of their members/supporters winning points with their chosen dream teams).

Last year’s competition attracted over 500 entries and was won by Pauric Farrelly from Crosserlough, who got his hands on the fantastic first prize.
