B’boro walk, run

Where: Starting at the back of SuperValu, Baileborough
When: Sunday, April 13, 12 noon, registration at 10.30-11.45am
What: Bailieborough Community Alert are having a walk, jog, run. All proceeds will go to the community contribution needed for a footpath on the Cavan Road to allow families and local people, safe access to the natural amenity at the Castle Lake and Forest.

Community choir

Where: Cootehill, Church of Ireland

What: The Bailieborough Community Choir presents 'An Evening of Music and Song’ in Cootehill, Church of Ireland. Admission €10, all proceeds to The Smiles Foundation, Romania. All welcome.

Vintage tractor 'raiser

What: Windmill Vintage Club are holding The Battle Of The Hills Vintage Tractor Run will cover over 20 miles of country roads and some off road sections. Fundraising cycle

Where: Fleming’s Folly
When: Saturday, April 12
What: Ballinagh Community and Enterprise Association are holding a fundraising cycle on Saturday, April 12. The distances are 20km for the leisurely cyclist and 80km for the more experienced with all proceeds in aid of the Folly Restoration Fund. For more particulars call 087 264 9904.

Dr Brian Galligan Wkd

What: Kilnaleck hosts it’s sixth annual Traditional music weekend which kicks off with a star studded traditional concert on Saturday night in the Realtóg Centre. The night will be full of entertainment, with refreshments provided at the interval and a raffle. A wonderful showcase of musical talent.

St Patrick’s College

What: Upcoming musical drama in St Patrick’s College 'A Bitter Truth’ is an original drama production between St Pat’s and the Royal School. Shows on Thurdsay, April 10- Saturday, April 12.
