Comiskey, Behey, Arva, Co. Cavan, September 19th 2020 at Cavan General Hospital. Jim. Deeply regretted by his brothers John, Tom and Michael, sisters Mary, Kathleen and Agnes.

Funeral Mass at 11am on Tuesday morning in Coronea Church with burial afterwards to adjoining cemetery. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, Jim's Funeral will be private to family and friends only, please.

Michael (Mick) SMITH

Glassleck Upper, Shercock, Cavan

Peacefully at his residence. Deeply regretted by his brother Hughie. nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Remains arriving to St Anne;s Church, Killann on Tuesday evening at 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock. Burial afterwards in St Anne's Cemetery, Baileboro.

Due to HSE restrictions Michael's Funeral will be private to family and close friends only.

Late of 20 Greenhills, Athy, Kildare / Monaghan

Peacefully, in the loving care of the staff of Cloverlodge Nursing Home, Athy. Deeply regretted by Mary, daughters Jennifer, Deborah, Denise and Tracey, son John, sisters Helen, Peggy and Gladys, brother Cecil, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A private family repose will take place in Rigney's Funeral Home, Athy, today, Monday, between 6pm and 8pm.

A private family funeral service will take place at 2.30pm on Tuesday afternoon in St. Michael's Parish Church, Carlow Road, Athy (limited to 50 people). Burial afterwards in St. Michael's New Cemetery, Athy.

Kilmore West, Dublin / Castleblayney, Monaghan

FITZSIMONS, Niall - September. 19, 2020, (Kilmore West, Dublin and Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan), (Suddenly), beloved son of Michael and Marie; very sadly missed by his mother and father, his partner Sarah and children Demi and Rudy brothers and sisters Alan, Michael, Fidelma and Louise, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, extended family and his many friends.

Reposing at the family home on Tuesday evening 22nd September from 6pm to 8pm. Due to Government advice and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will take place for immediate family and close friends.

Helena Martin (née Rafferty)

Helena passed away, peacefully, at home in the loving care of her family. Predeceased by her husband Mick, sister Nora, brothers Hugh, Seamus, Vincent and Christy. Cherished mother of Marie (Jim), Helena, Deirdre, Fabiola (Brendan), Norah and Vincent.

Helena will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters, son, adored grandchildren, Finnían, Micheál, Conall, Deirdre, Ornagh, Ava, Ultán and Áogan, son-in-law Tommy (Smith), daughter-in-law Emma (Hanratty), sister Lily, brothers Sean and Terry, sisters-in-law Ann, Margaret, Etty and Bridie, nieces, nephews, extended family and by all who knew and loved her.

Sonia Mc Cague (née Carroll)

Lackagh, Annyalla, Castleblayney, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Sonia Mc Cague (nee Carroll), Lackagh, Annyalla, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Sunday, 20th September, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Agnes. Sonia deeply regretted and sadly missed by her heartbroken family, her husband Philip, daughters Muireann and Sorcha, sisters Philomena Connolly (Killycrum), Therese Lines (Doohamlet), Patricia Eccles (Lackagh), Michelle Kelly (Drummuckaval) and brother Macartan Carroll (Annyalla), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Sonia’s funeral cortège will travel from the family home on Wednesday morning at 10:30 am to arrive at St Michael’s Church, Annyalla for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Due to the continued restrictions on public gatherings, Sonia’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of her family only. House strictly private by request. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Castleblayney Cancer Society c/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.

Mary McKenna (Teddy)

Main Street, Emyvale, Monaghan / Tydavnet, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Mary Mc Kenna (Teddy), Main St, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Drumdart, Tydavnet. Monday, 21st September 2020, peacefully at her residence in her 89th year surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Teddy, sisters Eileen & Rosie and brother Packie.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Mary will be sadly missed by her brother Eddie, sons Gérard, Éamon & Aiden, daughters Maura & Collette, daughters-in-law Nuala & Mary, sons-in-law Sean & Ciarán, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
