Third arrest following guns and drugs find in Mullingar
Gardaí have arrested a third person in relation to the seizure of over €300,000 worth of suspected cocaine and heroin at a residence in Mullingar, on Monday.
A woman, aged in her 40s, was arrested during a follow-up search operation in Carberry, County Kildare yesterday, Wednesday November 4.
She is currently detained in Mullingar Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
The two men (early 30s and late 20s) who were previously arrested on November 2 remain detained at Mullingar Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
Investigations are ongoing.
