Manchester, England and formerly, Lanesboro, Longford / Monaghan

Formerly of Lanesboro, Longford, and Monaghan. Anne died peacefully on the 23rd August 2022, in Manchester, England, surrounded by her loving family. She is predeceased by her parents John and Kathleen, and her brother Enda (Andy). Anne will be forever remembered with love, by her family, husband Peter, son Gary, daughter Tracey, son-in-law Andy, daughter-in-law Hailie, her adored grandchildren Harry and Lacey, brothers Brendan (Longford), James (London), Tony (Lanesboro), Nicholas (Drumlish), Damian (Dublin) and Cosmos (Galway/ Brussels), sisters Teresa (Lanesboro), Colette (Manchester), Lorraine (Ballyleague) and Caroline (Manchester) brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and her many dear friends in Manchester and here in Ireland.

Her nature was loving and giving,

Her heart was made of gold,

And to us who truly loved her,

Her memory will never grow old.

Removal will arrive to St. Mary's Church, Elbow St., Levenshulme, Manchester, on Thursday, 22nd September, 2022, for mass service at 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday 23rd at 12.30pm, followed with burial at 2pm in Mill Lane Cemetery, Cheadle, Manchester.

Kathleen Boylan (née Murphy)

Crinkill, Doohamlet, Castleblayney, Monaghan, A75 PC53

The death has occurred of Kathleen Boylan, Crinkill, Doohamlet, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Thursday, September 15th, peacefully, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family in her 100th year. Predeceased by her husband Patrick and son Colm. Kathleen, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her family, sons Dermot, Patsy, Mickey, Seamus, Eugene and Liam, daughters Kathleen and Celine, and her grandson Joe, her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, daughters in-law, sons in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Kathleen will repose at Ward's Funeral Home, Ballybay, tomorrow, Friday, from 3pm until 7pm. Removal on Saturday from her residence at 1pm (via Martin’s Cross) to arrive at All Saints Church, Doohamlet, for funeral Mass at 1.30pm, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Meldena, Cara St, Clones, Monaghan, H23 V215 / Nenagh, Tipperary

The death has occurred of Ina Gleeson, Meldena, Cara St., Clones, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Castlecranna, Carrigatoher, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, September 15th, peacefully, at Our Lady's of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda in the loving care of the staff, after a short illness. Ina will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her brother Brian, sisters-in-law Rita, Bridie and Margaret, nieces, nephews, extended family, good friends Valerie and John Joe Crowley, Carers, neighbours, her friends in Clones and Tipperary, and by all who knew and loved Ina.

Ina will repose at her late residence in Clones on Friday evening, 16th September, from 5pm to 8pm with removal on Saturday afternoon at 2pm to arrive at Boher Church, Ballina, Co Tipperary for 7.30pm. Ina's Funeral Mass takes place on Sunday at 10am followed by burial in Kilmore Cemetery.

Patrick Hughes, Park View, Clones Road, Monaghan, Friday 9th September, unexpectedly, in Spain.

Predeceased by his father Patrick and mother Mary Hughes (O'Donnell). Patrick will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife Anna, son Gregory, daughters Siobhan, Diane, Helen, Patricia & Geraldine, daughter in law Jacqueline, sons in law Steve, Sean & Mark, grandchildren Ryan, Kyle, Josh, Jamie, Jordon, Ethan, Jake, Keelan, Darragh, Jack, Mollie & Sophia, sisters Kathleen O'Hanlon, Josephine Cunningham & Margaret Reynolds, brothers Anthony & Colm, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The death has occurred of Tessie Mc Mahon (nee Smyth), Gragernagh, Loughmourne, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Wednesday, September 14th, peacefully, at Castleross Retirement Home, surrounded by her loving family, in her 93rd year. Tessie, predeceased by her husband Packie and more recently, by her daughter Catriona. Deeply regretted and remembered with love by her family, daughter Suzanne Mc Elroy (Brendan), sons Patrick, Martin (Tess), Brian and Paul (Teresa), her twelve cherished grandchildren and her eight adored great-grandchildren, nephew, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Removal on Saturday morning from the residence at 10:30am to arrive at St Mary’s Church, Carrickatee, for funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. The death has occurred of James Treanor, Drumgor, Latton, Castleblayney, Co.Monaghan, A75AV97, on the 15th September 2022, peacefully at his home.

James is predeceased by his wife Brigid, his brother Genie & his sisters Annie, Eileen and Patricia.

Deeply regretted by his sons, Sean and Brian, his daughters Maria and Nora, his grandson Ciaran, his brothers John and Pat and his sister Mary McKenna (Hughie).
