Peter Marron

The death has occurred of Peter Marron. Corrybracken, Carrickmacross. 23rd March 2023. Peacefully, surrounded by his beloved family, at the Louth County Hospital, Dundalk. Predeceased by his parents Owen & Josie.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his cherished family, his wife Rita, his stepdaughters Deirdre, Sinéad, Fiona & Orla, his much-loved grandchildren, Christopher, Deirdre, Nicola, Jamie, Harry, John, Darren, Sophie & Rachel and his great-grandson James, his brother Eugene and his sisters Ethel (Duffy), Sr. Jacinta (Rita) & Maria (Hales), his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends & neighbours.

Peter will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, A81 D328, on Saturday, 25th March, from 4pm until 6:30pm.

Peter's funeral cortège will leave the Funeral Home, proceeding via Corrybracken, to St. Peter & Paul's Church, lower Magheracloone arriving for prayers of reception at 8pm.

Peter's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 26th March, at 11:30am followed by burial in the adjoining new Cemetery.

Anne (Annette) Martin (née Fleming)

Kilmactrasna, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Anne (Annette) Martin (née Fleming), Kilmactrasna, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the tender loving care of the staff in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Thursday 23rd March 2023. Predeceased by her husband Michael, granddaughter Anna, brother Seán and her parents Eddie and Mary Eileen Fleming. Sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters Christine and Linda, sons Stephen, PJ, Paul and Noel, sons-in-law Richard and Gerard, daughters-in-law Pauline, Emma and Sandra, 15 grandchildren and great-grandchildren Harry and Lizzie. Deeply regretted by her brothers Eddie, Brian, PJ and Gerry, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Deery’s Funeral Home, Carrickmacross (A81 C653) on Saturday afternoon from 3pm to 8pm. Removal on Sunday morning arriving at 11.50am to St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross for Requiem Mass at 12noon. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Carrickmacross.

Martin McKenna

2 Drumbear, Monaghan Town, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Martin McKenna, 2 Drumbear, Monaghan, Thursday 23rd March, unexpectedly at his home.

Pre-deceased by his loving parents Patrick & Brigid McKenna (Oriel Park, Emyvale), sister Anita Skeath (Emyvale) and Brendan McKenna (Glaslough).

Martin will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his cherished family, wife Fionnuala, son Patrick (Catherine) and daughter Megan, brothers Sean, Aiden & Gregory, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May his soul Rest in Peace.
