Bernadette (Bernie) Lynch (née Clarke)

Bernadette (Bernie) Lynch nee Clarke, Carrigabruise, Virginia, Co. Cavan and formerly of Bailieborough, Co. Cavan died on the 17th May 2023 peacefully surrounded by her loving family in The Mater Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Kathleen and brothers TM and Gerry.

Deeply regretted by her husband Pauge, loving daughter Alison, son Stephen, sisters Anita, Maeve, Aileen, Kathleen, Joan and Rosaleen, brothers Francis, Malachy and Liam, son-in-law Pauric, daughter-in-law Laura, grandchildren Éabha, Lorna and Brían, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough, on Friday, 19th May, from 5pm - 8pm. Removal on Saturday to arrive at St. Matthew's Church, Maghera, for funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Carnagh Lower, Loughduff, Cavan

Margaret died peacefully on Tuesday, May 16th, at The General Hospital Cavan in the loving care of the staff Medical 2. Predeceased by her husband Tommy. Sadly missed by her loving children Catherine (Bagnall), Mary (Preston), James, Maggie (Smith), Rosie (Sorohan), brothers Andy, Michael, John and Martin, sister Nellie, her adored grandchildren Margaret, Sarah, Saragh, Nial, Danial, Lucy, James, Lydia, Molly, and Tommy, daughter in law Diane, sons in law George, Raymond, Anthony and Barry, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Geraldine Callery (née Smyth)

Cornacrieve, Emyvale, Monaghan, H18 K798 / Armagh

The death has occurred of Geraldine Callery nee Smyth, Cornacrieve, Emyvale, Co.Monaghan, H18 K798. Wednesday 17th May, peacefully at The Dromore Unit, St.Mary’s Residential Home, Castleblayney, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents Hugh & Mary Smyth. Geraldine will be lovingly remembered by her husband Patrick, sons Oliver (Colette) & Anthony (Pavlina), daughter Emma (Sandy), grandchildren Riyah, Mia, Alec, Charlie & Arran, her brothers John & Malachy, sisters Mary, Bernie, Margaret, Patricia, Carmel & Imelda, extended family and friends.

Geraldine’s remains will repose at her residence until removal on Friday morning to arrive at St.Patrick’s Church, Corracrin for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Bridie (Brigid) Connolly (née Garrity). Corkishbane, Corduff, Carrickmacross. 17th May 2023. Peacefully, surrounded by her beloved family, in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Mary's Nursing Home, Castleblayney. Predeceased by her husband Patrick, her infant son Gerard, her parents James & Margaret and her son-in-law Neil Ainstee.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her cherished family, her sons Eugene, Peter (Noreen), Seán (Aishling), Patrick (Caroline), Kieran (Ann) and her daughters Bernie (Martin Dennehy), Fiona (Brendan Scott), Irene (Brian Villegas) & Noeleen (Ainstee), her brother Jimmy and her sister Mai, her much-loved grandchildren Michael, Bridget, Niamh, Sean, Ellen, Fionn, Peter, Senon, Ethan, Colin, Zachary & James, her sisters-in-law, her nephews, nieces, relatives, friends & neighbours.

Bridie's funeral cortège will leave her home, Corkishbane, on Saturday, 20th May, proceeding to St. Michael's Church, Corduff, arriving for Funeral Mass at 2:30pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Margaret Lawlor (née McArdle), Ballydrown, Moate, Co. Westmeath, formerly Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, May 16th 2023, peacefully, after a short illness at University Hospital, Galway, Predeceased by her parents, Gerard and Bridget and brother Pat. Margaret will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, husband Gerry, daughter Tara, son Mark, adored grandchildren, Brian, Anna, Sheenagh, Eoin and Sean, daughter-in-law Aoife, son-in-law Mike, sisters Delia, Rita and Liz, brothers Noel and Dessie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, wonderful nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

The death has occurred of Peter Mc Mahon, Derrilan, Broomfield, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Wednesday May 17th, peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents James and Elizabeth.

Peter, deeply regretted and remembered with love by his wife Patricia, daughters Danielle and Denise, sons in law Danny and Aiden, brothers Seamus, Brendan, Martin and PJ, sisters Rosaleen and Elizabeth Cunningham, his cherished grandchildren Alice, Sam, Sally, Grace and Benny, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Peter will repose at the family residence (A75 N273), today, Wednesday, from 6pm until 9 pm and again tomorrow, Thursday, from 12 noon until 9pm.

Peter’s funeral cortège will travel from his residence, on Friday morning, proceeding on foot, at 11:40 am to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Broomfield, for funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Oncology Department, Beaumont Hospital, c/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.

Peacefully, on Tuesday, 16th May 2023, in the care of the staff in the Dromore Unit, St.Mary's Hospital, Castleblayney.

Pre-deceased by his parents, Pete and Sarah.

Reposing at Conly Funeral Directors, Mullan, Ballybay, eircode A75 HH75, on Thursday, from 6pm until 9pm.

Paddy's Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, 19th May, in The Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Tullycorbett, eircode A75 FN36, at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
