Fran Brady

Ardlo Manor, Mullagh, Cavan / Clondalkin, Dublin

The death has occurred of Fran Brady, Ardlo Manor, Mullagh, Co. Cavan and late of Clondalkin, Dublin, on 28 May 2023, following an accident.

Much loved husband of Rachel and father of Conor and Ella.

Deeply regretted and sorely missed by his heartbroken wife and children, his mother Bridget, his brothers Paddy and David, his sisters Esther, Teresa and Caroline. brothers in law , sisters in law, his mother in law Esther Mc Crann, his nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and all of his biker brothers.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at his home on Wednesday afternoon from 3 o'clock until 7 o'clock. Removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St Killian's Church, Mullagh for 11 o'clock Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to The National Liver Transplant Unit at St. Vincent's Hospital c/o Matthews Funeral Directors Donation envelope.

Fran's family would like to acknowledge the wonderful compassion, care and support shown to them in the past few days and a special mention to Peter. And in particular the wonderful care Fran received by the Paramedics, the ambulance service, the doctors and staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown and to Liz Mc Manus who was a guiding light to them.

Thomas Clarke

Carrickacromin, Bailieborough, Cavan

The death has occurred of Thomas Clarke, late of Carrickacromin, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Mary Ann and Cornelius. Dearly missed and fondly remembered by Philomena, his daughters Mairéad (John), and Gráinne (Conor), sons Padráig (Sophie) and David (Meghan), grandchildren Emma, Ethan, Finley and Leah. Deeply regretted by his brother James (Josie), and sister Kathleen Gilheany (Noel), nieces Anya, Ellen, Jane and nephew Conor, cousins and a large circle of close neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieboro, tomorrow, Wednesday, from 5pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Carrickallen, Mountain Lodge for Funeral Mass at 12noon, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in Thomas's memory can be made to Cavan Palliative Care, in care of the undertaker. House private please.

Pat Cusack

Old Castleblayney Road, Carrickmacross, Monaghan / Bailieborough, Cavan

The death has occurred of Pat Cusack. Old Castleblayney Road, Carrickmacross, 30th May 2023. Peacefully, surrounded by his cherished family, at St. James' Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his parents John-Joe & Mary, his infant sister Sheila and his brother Phelim.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his beloved family, his wife Kathleen, his daughter Nicola (Barry) and his sons Patrick (Maria), Anthony (Priscilla), Paul (Marianne), Brian (Katie) & Mark, his much-loved grandchildren Kylah, Cassie, Kelsie, Madison-Rae, Adalynn, Mason, Levi, Everleigh, Danielle, Jayden, Maci, Ally, Bria & Lucia, his sisters, his twin Maura, Maggie, Angie, Rose, Martina & Kathleen and his brothers Peter, John & Kieran, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces relatives, friends & neighbours.

Pat will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Thursday, 1st June, from 4pm until 8pm.

Pat's funeral cortège will leave his home, old Castleblayney Road, on Friday, 2nd June, proceeding on foot via the Shirley Arms Hotel to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

late of Lisduff, Maghera, Virginia, Co. Cavan.

Ultan died on May 29th 2023, peacefully at home with his family.

He was a native of Lisduff, Maghera, Virginia, Co. Cavan, was late of E.S.B. Ferbane, and was predeceased by his parents Ultan and Annie McCabe, and sisters Bridie and Liz.

Ultan will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Eileen (Byrne), and family, Ann Farrell (Longford), Fiona O' Brien (Mullingar), Deirdre Hanamy (Corr, Ferbane) and Brian (Zurich), grandchildren, Seamus, Dillon, Aidan, Mae, Euan and Jerry, brothers Michael and Tommy, sons-in-law, Eugene, Shay, John and Anthony, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Grant Ultan Eternal Rest and Peace.

Ultan will repose at his home on Wednesday (May 31st) from 5pm to 8pm.

Removal on Thursday morning (June 1st) to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ferbane where his Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am, and may be viewed on www.ferbaneparish.ie.

Interment afterwards in High Street Cemetery.

Formerly of Tandragee, Bailieborough. Peacefully at our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his father, PJ, brother Andrew and sister-in-law Diane. Sadly missed by his loving family Mother Annie, brother Peter (Brigid), sisters Jackie (Patrick) and Bridget (Cora), aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and a wide circle of friends.

The death has occurred of Margaret (Maggie) Flanagan (nee McArdle) Tullynamalra, Loughmourne, (The Star Bakery) Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, on Tuesday, May 30th, peacefully, in the tender loving care of the nurses and staff, St Anne’s Nursing Home, Ballybay. Pre-deceased by her husband Patrick and daughters Angela and Joan. Margaret, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her family, daughters Mary, Monica and Rita, son Kieran, sons in-law Philip, Dan and Thomas, her eight cherished grandchildren and her two adored great-grandchildren, sisters Roisin, Carmel and Eileen, brothers in-law, sister in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Peacefully, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Alice, brother Joe.

Deeply regretted by her sisters, Fionuala,(Pat) and Ann, (Peter) brothers. Noel,(Eileen) and P.J., nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
