Nine Cavan properties to go under the hammer

A hotel, a filling station and a B&B are among nine Cavan lots set to go under the hammer next week at the final Summer public auction hosted by the Leinster Property Auction team. The sale will get underway at 7pm next Wednesday, July 18, in The Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, Dublin. 
Patrick Folan, director, said the team has a large selection of properties from throughout the province, as well as Co Cavan, going under the hammer next week. “We are experiencing strong enquiry and viewing levels on the majority of available lots. The auction event will offer a good mix of realistically priced family homes and residential and commercial investment properties.
