Number plate and grill stolen from car

Gardaí in Ballyconnell are appealing for information from anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity connected to the theft of a number plate and grill from a car at the weekend.
The motor parts were stolen from a vehicle in the early hours between 12 midnight and 8pm on August 5 last, from outside a property in the Greaghrahan area.
Meanwhile, gardaí are appealing for information in connection with two burglaries at vacant properties in the Mountnugent area, between July 13-30 last, and Kilnaleck, July 25-27 last.
In Bailieborough, gardai are investigating an incident which at approximately 5am on Tuesday morning last in the Thorndale Close area of Kingscourt.
A young man was arrested near the scene in connection with theft and the unauthorised taking of a vehicle.
Subsequently, gardaí took to social media to “thank members of the community for their assistance in this matter”.
