WATCH: Loreto College in U16 in Basketball finals

Loreto College Cavan are in the U16 Schools League Finals, where they take on Mount Mercy College in Cork.

The team play at the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght, with the game available to view below from 4.15pm.

 

 

Back in January the local school team claimed their place in the top two with a 46-36 victory, a win boosted by their impressive performances in the play-offs where Loreto won two out of their three games.

It is the final day of Schools League finals, and earlier games saw St Mark’s Community School of Tallaght take on Castletroy College, and old rivals Holy Faith Clontarf play Scoil Chriost Ri of Portlaoise in the Under 19 A Girls final.
The Under 19 C Boys final saw St Brendan’s College from Belmullet go head-to-head with O’Carolan College of Nobber, Co. Meath.
