Eugene to be laid to rest in Colmcille
The funeral arrangements for former Cavan manager and GAA legend Eugene McGee who passed away over the weekend have been released.
Mr McGee will repose at Glennon's Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, Longford tomorrow May 8 from 4.00pm, concluding with prayers at 9.00pm.
His removal will take place on Thursday morning arriving at St. Mel's Cathedral for Mass of the Resurrection at 11.00am. Interment afterwards will be in Colmcille Cemetery.
It has been requested that there are family flowers only but donations can be made to St Christopher's Services in Longford, through the funeral directors or a family member.
