Get cosy at trad' session for Leitrim Special Olympics

The Cosy Corner Pub, Kiltyclogher, Co Leitrim is the place to be on Saturday, May 9, for the best of traditional Irish music, song and dance whilst supporting a very worthy cause - Leitrim Special Olympics. Musicians High profile musicians from Mayo are the invited special guests on the night: Shane Mulchrone on banjo, Tim & Maria McHugh on flute and fiddle, and Fiachna O Mongain accordion player and accomplished Sean Nós singer. Athletes Special Olympics Ireland is a 32-county organisation with 18,000 volunteers supporting 11,000 athletes in 422 clubs. In order for the Special Olympics Ireland to continue supporting these athletes and clubs it is necessary to have fundraising events like this one. First and only Fundraising is carried out every two years and the campaign runs from January to the end of May.
