Garda-Discovery of body, male, early 30's, at Cootehill

Gardaí at Bailieboro are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of a male in his early 30s at Lodge View, Cootehill this morning at approximately 01.05am, Sunday, September 29.  

The office of the State pathologist has been notified. The area has been sealed off for a technical examination.
A male, 29 years, has been arrested, in connection with this investigation, and is currently detained at Bailieboro Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
