Notice no need for jury tomorrow cavan circuit court

The jury panel summoned for tomorrow (Thursday, March 12) sitting of Cavan Circuit Court will not now be needed.

A 'certain course of action' has been taken in the case and if you were one of the 50-odd people in Cavan courthouse this morning you are excused from duty and thanked by the court.

It follows the nolle prosequi of this morning's case.
