Priorities:

Priority 1 - To be the best and most energetic representative for the citizens of the constituency and to continue to deliver on behalf of the people of Sligo-Leitrim-West-Cavan-South-Donegal.

Priority 2 -Jobs
Infrastructure: We must have the infrastructure to support investment leading to news jobs.

Inward Investment: We need a few major new employers to give a boost to the local economy, create new direct quality employment, and the spin off jobs that go with such projects.

SMEs: Having been involved in the restructuring of the state services to support local enterprise, I will now work to see the new structures delivering the results of more start-ups and more local jobs.

Tourism and Hospitality: I'll be a strong and passionate advocate for Government investment to develop and grow the constituency as a high-quality and competitive tourism destination.

Local Initiatives: To complement local development initiatives, I'm also calling on the new government to use the well tried and tested policy of tax incentives to boost private investment in the upgrading of the rural village properties.

Priority 3 -Public services: I will work for more funding to improve our local health services, educational facilities and local community services and facilities.
