Ann Clarke, Cathedral Rd., Cavan, Wednesday, May 27th, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Tom & Bridie (Tractamotors). Sadly missed by her loving sisters Maeve, Carmel, Miriam & her brother John. Also by her brother-in-law Sean, sister-in-law Catherine, her uncle Monsignor John Clarke U.S.A, aunts Nancy Hoey (Longford), Kathleen Brannigan (Longford), Brigid Clarke (Crossdoney) & Marie Hoey (Tullamore), nephews , nieces & all her relatives & friends.

Due to government and HSE advice regarding public gatherings a private funeral will take place for immediate family only. A memorial mass to celebrate Ann’s life will take place at a later date.

Ann’s funeral cortège will leave the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd., Cavan at approximately 2pm on Friday, proceeding up College St., stopping at Tractamotors & then onto St. Brigid’s Church, Killygarry for family mass & burial.

Bernadette ( Bernie ) Gumley

11 The Steeples., Cavan Town, Cavan

Bernadette (Bernie) Gumley, 11 The Steeples, Wolfe Tone St, Cavan, Thursday May 28th, peacefully at the home of her sister Valerie & brother-in-law Brendan. Predeceased by her parents Frank & Theresa, her brothers Paul, Patrick & Bernard & her sister Margaret. Sadly missed by her loving family, brothers Thomas, Noel & Frank, sisters Roseann, Valerie, Geraldine, Jackie, Theresa & Kathleen, her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, her good neighbours, all her relatives & many friends.

May she Rest In Peace.

Fr. Patrick (Pat) SMITH

Scottsdale, Arizona/ Gallonbawn, Ballyjamesduff, Cavan

SMITH (Scottsdale, Arizona and late of Gallonbawn, Co. Cavan) Sunday 24 May 2020. Fr. Pat, priest of the Diocese of Phoenix for over 50 years. Son of the late Annie Teresa and Patrick Smith, beloved brother of Tommy (Dublin), Kathleen (Detroit), Sr. Geraldine (Bon Secours, Lucan), Ambrose (Australia), Phyllis (Gallonbawn), and the late Sr. Stella (Bridie). Deeply mourned by his sisters, brothers, brother-in-law Paul, sister-in-law Kay, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends in Ireland and the United States.

Funeral Mass will be offered in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Scottsdale, on Monday, 1 June 2020, at 6.00 p.m. (Irish time). It may be viewed on the parish website (https://olphaz.org/parish).

Tommy McMahon

Corvally, Silverstream, Monaghan Town, Monaghan

and formerly Dr. McKenna Tce., Monaghan, suddenly at home.

Sadly missed by his wife Grainne, son Fergal, daughter Julie, sisters Delly, Perth, Western Australia, and Geraldine McCormick (and Pat), Rockcorry, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. R.I.P.
