Sandra Foster (née Nicholl)

Drumcoghill Cornafean, Arva, Cavan

Sandra Foster, Drumcoghill, Cornafean, who died peacefully at Cavan General Hospital on Thursday, 18th June 2020. Sadly missed by her loving husband Sam and son Reg, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Safe in the arms of Jesus Resting at her home from 5pm today Thursday June 18th. Removal Saturday to arrive at Killdallan Parish Church for Funeral Service at 2pm.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining Graveyard. Removal travelling via Cornafean Cartwrights Ropck, Killashandrato Killdallon Church. Eir code h14y205 Funeral service is for Family friends and neighbours.

Gerald (Gerry) Duffy

Killeavy, Newry, Armagh / Carrickmacross, Monaghan

DUFFY, Gerald (Gerry) – R.I.P. 19 Ayallogue Road, Killeavy, Newry and formerly of Lakeview, Corcuillogue, Carrickmacross. 18th June 2020. Beloved husband of the late Rosaleen and loving father of Paula, Ronan, James, Sean, Anne and Roisin.

Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for him.

Gerry's remains will be reposing at his late residence from 8.00pm this evening (Thursday 18th June). Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday (20th June) at 12.00 noon in St. Joseph's Church, Meigh, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Sadly due to the ongoing health crisis and Public Health guidelines, the house and funeral will be restricted to immediate family and friends only.

People are welcome to pay their respects as Gerry’s funeral cortege passes by, outside the church and in the cemetery, while observing social distancing requirements.

Very deeply regretted by his loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, sister Sheila, brother John, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughters-in-law and the extended family circle.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Southern Area Hospice c/o the donations box in the home or any family member.

Dorcas ROMAN (née Sharpe)

Limerick / Dublin / Clones, Monaghan

Chicago & late of Clones 1926 & Dublin.

Dorcas died peacefully in Chicago. Predeceased by her husband Ben, sister Moira Hickey (Limerick) & daughter-in-law Laura. Survived by sons Robert & Brian, brother Viv (Baltimore, USA) & grandson Joseph, nephews, nieces, cousins & sister-in-law.

Cremation will take place in Chicago and memorial service will be held at a later date.
