Vivienne Cowan (nee Armstrong), Latt, Cavan and formerly of Drumlion, Ballinagh. Wednesday, September 23rd 2020, peacefully, at College View Nursing Home, Cavan. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Devon and Sandra. Remembered with love by her son, daughter, sister Sylvia, brother in law David, niece, nephew, relatives and friends.

A strictly private funeral service at the family home on Friday 25th at 1.15pm. Funeral cortège from the family home, via Cavan, Moynehall, Ballinagh, arriving Ballintemple Parish Churchyard for service of committal and burial at 2.30pm.

Due to Government and HSE regulations, Vivienne’s service of committal and burial will be restricted, due to social distancing, to family, neighbours and friends. The family would like to thank you for your consideration and cooperation at this difficult time.

Rosaleen Fitzpatrick (née Finnegan)

The death has occurred of Rosaleen Fitzpatrick (née Finnegan), St Ernan's Hill, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, Wednesday, 23rd September, 2020. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Frank, daughters Avril, Deborah and Melanie, sons Grellan and Philip. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Rosaleen will be sadly missed by her sister Tish (California), sons-in-law Mike and Mark, daughter-in-law Sabrina, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, her adored grandchildren Odhran, Callum, Dillon, Seán, Melanie and Mikaela, nieces, nephews and friends. Luv'd by all.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings a private funeral and burial will take place for the family in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt. Removal on Thursday to the Church of Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt arriving at 7pm. Rosaleen's funeral cortège will leave her home and travel via Main St, to the Church. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line the route in a socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Park View and formerly Rahardrum, Virginia, Cavan

The death has occurred of Liam Preston Jnr., Park View, Virginia and formerly Rahardrum, Virginia, Co. Cavan, at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased recently by his father Liam and his son Christopher. Deeply regretted by his loving partner Gretchen Corrigan, his heartbroken mother Margaret, his brothers and sisters David, Janice, Sophie, Miranda, Laurence, Sonia and Michael, brothers in law Graham, Oliver and Sean, sisters in law Tanya, Anne and Lolita, nieces, nephews, grand nephews, his aunts, uncles, cousins, the Corrigan Family and his close friends.

Reposing at his mother's home, Rahardrum, on Thursday, to family and close friends, please. Removal to Mary Immaculate Church, Virginia, on Friday arriving for 11 o'clock Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

In compliance with the current government and HSE guidelines,the Funeral will be limited to 50 people. Please ensure social distancing and that public health advice is adhered to.

Bernadette Tierney (née Forester)

September 23rd, suddenly, at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by her sister Christine. Reposing at the residence of her daughter Peggy, Erraran, Bawnboy (H14N882) on Thursday from 4 o'clock until 8 o'clock & on Friday from 4 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Removal on Saturday arriving at St. Mogue's Church, Bawnboy, for funeral Mass at 2 o'clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Due to government Covid19 restrictions, the funeral Mass will be for family, friends & neighbours only.

Margaret Corr (née Mc Guigan)

Acres, Knockatallon, Monaghan

Margaret Corr (nee Mc Guigan) of Skeatry. Peacefully at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Denis, brothers James Eddie, Michael, Bernard and Peter, sisters Mary(Murray) and Kathleen (Mc Kenna). Margaret will be sadly missed by her son Séan, daughter Mairéad, brother John, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Due to continued restrictions on public gatherings the house is strictly private by request. Margaret's Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of her family only. The funeral cortege will travel from the family home on Friday morning at 10:30am to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Urbleshanny for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
