The death has occurred of Louisa Kieran (née Shields), Drumgossatt, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Rathlohan, Kingscourt, in her 92nd year, peacefully in the care of her loving children at Castleross Retirement Village, 16th January 2021.

Predeceased by her husband Patrick (Pat). Deeply regretted by her children Tomás, Kate, David, Mary, Gus, Louisa, Margaret, Martha, grandchildren Conan, Bebhinn, Caitlín, Laura, Andréa, Rachel, Michael, Edel, Dara, Liam, Evan, Karla, Barry and great grandchild Fionn. Sadly missed by her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-In-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest In Peace

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private funeral Mass will take place for family in St Peter and Paul's Lower, Magheracloone with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Louisa's funeral cortège will travel via the “Ball Alley” past her family home at Drumgossatt on Monday at 10.45 am approximately. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Pamela (Pam) O'Donovan (née Connolly)

'St. Anne's', Upper William St., Athy, Kildare / Cavan Town, Cavan

Formerly of Main St., Cavan. Pam O’Donovan passed away suddenly on the 16th January, 2021 in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin. Beloved wife of the late Denis (Fran) and sister of the late Liam, Brian, Seán and Patsy. Sadly missed by her loving children Denis (Derek), Colette, Therese, Paula, Lorna, Annemarie, Rory and Pamela, brother Joe, sisters Mona and Eileen, sons-in-law Derek, Barry, Franc and Garry, daughters-in-law Ann and Sinéad, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, her twelve adored grandchildren Colin, Shannon, Sarah, Mark, Anna, Luke, Adam, TJ, Ciara, Ben, Syve and Emily, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Robert Chambers

Drumberagh, Laragh, Castleblayney, Monaghan / Ballymena, Antrim

The death has occurred of Robert Chambers, Drumberagh, Laragh, Castleblayney, Monaghan and formally of Broughshane, Ballymena, Antrim. Peacefully in the tender loving care of the nurses and staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Saturday, January 16th. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Philomena, his daughter Denise, his son Richard, daughter in law Wendy, step daughter Siobhan and her husband Seamus, step son Damien and grandchildren Kirby, Jenny, Jamie, Stephen, Oisin, Darragh and Aoibhin. Also sadly missed by his sisters & brothers and sisters in law, relatives and wide circle of extended family and friends.

Robert will repose privately among family only, at his residence until removal Monday, January 18th at 10.30am to arrive at St Mary’s Church Lisdoonan for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House private at all times please.

Due to the continued restrictions on public gatherings, Robert’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of his family only (restricted to 10).

The community of neighbours and friends are welcome to pay their final tribute to Robert by lining the route as his remains are brought from his residence to St Mary’s Church, Lisdoonan for 11.00am on Monday 18th January.

You are asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines and keep safe at all times.

Died on the 16th of January peacefully surrounded by his loving family, sorrowfully missed by his loving wife Cathy, daughter Carol, sons, Ronan, Shane and Chrissy. daughter-in-laws Michelle, Emma and Anita, Grandchildren Jamie, Alannah, Casey-lee, Tamara, Harvey, Rylee, Ollie, Sienna, Brother of Seamus, Patricia, and the late Bernadette, bridie and susan, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.

Jerrys remains will leave his home on Monday morning for 11am funeral mass in St Patricks church Tyholland and burial afterwards in adjoining graveyard.
