Pauline Halton

Rose Cottage, Lisduff, Kilnaleck, Cavan

Pauline Halton, Rose Cottage, Lisduff, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan. Wednesday, March 24th (peacefully) at her home in the loving care of her family. Pauline will be sorely missed by her brothers and sisters; Loretta, Tom, Sean, Dympna, Bridie and Kieran, her much loved nieces and nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives, neighbours and her many friends.

Sweet Jesus Have Mercy on Her Gentle Soul.

In line with the current Government & HSE guidelines, Pauline's Funeral will be private. Removal on Friday morning to St. Mary's Church, Ballinarry arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am followed by Cremation.

Vera McGuigan (née Casey)

Muckno Street, Castleblayney, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Vera McGuigan (née Casey), Muckno Street, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Peacefully, Thursday 25th March 2021

Predeceased by her sisters Marie, Nuala, Patricia, Freda and Margaret. Deeply regretted and lovingly missed by her devoted family, husband Michael, daughter Sharon, son Dermot daughter-in-law Sinead, son-in-law Gerard, Grandchildren, Mikayla, Eimear, Jane and Diarmuid, brother Michael, sisters Kathleen and Nora, relatives, extended family and friends.

Vera will repose privately at her son Dermot’s home in Gorteens, Dundalk Road, Castleblayney among her family.

There will be an opportunity for neighbours and friends to pay their respects by lining the route in a safe and socially distanced manner, from her home in Muckno Street as Vera’s funeral cortège travels to St. Mary’s Church, Castleblayney for Requiem Mass on Saturday morning (27th March) at 12 noon continuing on afterwards to Lakelands Crematorium for private cremation at 2:30pm.

Following the HSE and Government Guidelines for Level 5, there will be no public wake as Vera’s funeral and burial will be celebrated privately by her family (limited to 10).

Please note that McGuigan Motors will be closed until Tuesday, 30th March.
