Lucy Ryan (née Gillick)

Ryan (née Gillick), Lucy (Swords & formerly of Killinkere, Virginia, Co. Cavan) - June 3rd, 2021 (peacefully) at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of the late Joseph and mother of the late Robert.

Sadly missed by her loving daughters Carmel and Lucy, brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Following government Covid 19 guidelines funeral Mass will take place on Monday (June 7th) at 10 a.m. in St. Colmcille's Church, Swords. Mass can be viewed live on church webcam at 10a.m.

May Gilleece (née Greene)

Molly, Kinawley, Fermanagh

Gilleece (nee Greene), Molly, Kinawley, Co. Fermanagh, 3rd June 2021, May, unexpectedly, widow of Sean and dear mother of Bosco, Maurice (Aisling) and late Fiona.

Remains reposing at her home until removal on Sunday morning to arrive for 10.30 am Requiem Mass in St Naile’s Church, Kinawley followed by burial in new cemetery.

House private please at all times as per Covid regulations.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, nieces, nephews, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law Br. Joe, sister-in-law Mary, the Greene families and extended family circle.

Georgie Sammon

Bunlahy, Ballinalee, Longford

The death has occurred of Georgie (Cattle Dealer), suddenly on 2th June.

He is predeceased by his beloved wife Carmel, parents Georgie and Mary, sisters Kate and Mary (England). Georgie will always be remembered with love by his family, sons Gerry, Michael and daughter Mary, son-in-law Sean, daughter-in-law Trina, grandchildren Ciaran, Megan, Corey, Clodagh and Luke, brother James (England), sister Rose (England), nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St., Longford, this Saturday from 5:30pm followed by prayers at 7:30pm.

Georgie's funeral cortege will leave Connell's Funeral Home on Sunday at 12:45pm travelling by his home in Bunlahy at approximately 1:15pm, then onto Ballymore via Killeen old school on route to St.Mary's Church, Granard for 2 o'clock funeral mass.

Burial afterwards in Granardkill Cemetery. Family home is private, please.

Suddenly, at Our Lady's Hospital, Navan.

Predeceased recently by his wife Kathleen, his parents Patrick and Rose.

Sadly missed by his son Patrick, daughters Martina, Mairead and Katherine, his brothers Jack and Paddy, sisters Maphie (Roe), Carmel (Fagen) and Rose (Halvey), sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

Leaving his family home on Saturday, 5th June, for Funeral Mass at 11am in Saint Ciaran’s Church, Carnaross, with burial afterwards in the Holy Family Cemetery.

The Mass will be streamed live via Carnaross Pride of Place Facebook page.

In compliance with Government and HSE guidelines regarding funerals, you are requested to follow rules regarding church numbers and adhere strictly to social distancing in the vicinity of the church and cemetery.

Very Rev. Fr. Patrick Casey

Mullingar, Westmeath / Carnaross, Meath

Very Rev. Fr. Patrick Casey (Pastor Emeritus Mullingar), late P.P. Carnaross, Co. Meath and formerly of Walshestown, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath – June 3, 2021 (peacefully) in his 91st year, in the devoted care of the management and staff of Newbrook Lodge Nursing Home Mullingar.

Son of the late James and Mary Anne; predeceased by his brothers Jimmy, Mike and John and sisters-in-law May and Lily; he will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Mary (Tullamore), nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, relatives, friends, Bishop Tom Deenihan, Bishop Michael Smith and his fellow priests and parishioners of the Dioceses of Meath.

In line with current Government guidelines, Requiem Mass (50 people) will take place on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Cathedral of Christ the King and may be viewed on the live webcam at www.mullingarparish.ie. Burial will take place in Walshestown Cemetery.

Teresa Mc Quillan (née Sweeney)

Cabra, Threemilehouse, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Teresa Mc Quillan suddenly at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her son Richard. Teresa will be sadly missed by her loving family, her sisters and brothers, her grandchildren, extended family and large circle of friends.

Teresa's remains will repose at Cabra, Threemilehouse, for close family and friends visiting will be socially distances please until removal to St. Mary's Church, Threemilehouse, for funeral Mass at 2pm on Saturday 5th June, followed by burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
