Fanzini promise a weekend of madcap entertainment

Come one, come all, gather around for a spectacular, fantastical, amazing treat as live performance takes to the streets of Cavan for a show that has everything!

Following on from the recent success of the Street Performers and on-street casual walk-by events in the pedestrian zones and Market Square on the weekend of 23rd July, Cavan Arts in conjunction with the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and the Cavan County Council have arranged a number of events for the piloted pedestrianised “Streets Ahead Cavan” scheme.

Throughout July and August there will be a number of shows, both open access and ticketed. As part of the trial weekend initiative ‘Streets Ahead Cavan’ pilot pedestrianisation scheme will make two stretches of streetscape free of traffic from 7pm to 11pm on Friday and Saturday evenings and from 3pm to 9pm on Sundays on the last two weekends of July.

This weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Fanzini Productions will bring their chaotic and wildly amusing street theatre to the public. The shows will run from 6pm to 9pm and are sure to be a warm summer evening treat for all the family.
