Philip Finnegan

35 College St, Cavan Town, Cavan

Philip Finnegan, 35 College St., Cavan, August 29th 2021, suddenly, at his home. Beloved son of the late Phil and Betty and brother of the late Gene and Noel. Philip will be very sadly missed by his brother Gerry, sisters Ann McCaffrey, Marion Green and Rosie, sister in law Claudine, brother in law Charlie, nephews, nieces, uncle Tony, aunt Margaret, all his relatives and many, many friends.

Albert Griffith, Lisaholip, Garrymore, Ballinagh, Co. Cavan. Sunday August 29th 2021 peacefully surrounded by his loving family at home. Beloved husband and best friend of Anna and dear father of Elizabeth (Stewart), Emily (Maurice), Victor (Myrtle), Ruth (Peter), Caroline (Barry), Wendy (Juan), Stuart (Shirley), Herbie (Elaine) and his adored grandchildren. Remembered with love by his wife, sons, daughters, partners, daughters in law, sons in law, grandchildren, sisters, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Resting at the family home on Tuesday 31st from 2pm until 6pm for family, neighbours and close friends. All social distancing guidelines must be adhered to. House strictly private at all other times please. Removal from the family home at Lisaholip, Garrymore, Ballinagh on Wednesday 1st September at 2.00pm via Ballinagh town to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Ballintemple for funeral service at 2.30pm, restricted to 50 people with burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Oncology unit, Cavan General Hospital, St. Vincent's Ward, Mater Hospital, Dublin and Palliative Care, Cavan c/o William Foster, Funeral Director, Ricehill, Crossdoney, Cavan or any family member.

Neighbours and friends are welcome to line the route in a safe and socially distancing manner, as a mark of respect.

Clare, Crosserlough, Cavan

Frank O’Reilly, Clare, Crosserlough, Co. Cavan. Sunday, August 29th (unexpectedly) at The Sheelin Nursing Home, Mountnugent. Pre-deceased by his sister's Anna and Sheila. Deeply regretted by his wife Bernie, daughter Karen, son's Enda and Damien, sister Marion, grandchildren Daire and Sophie, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May Frank Rest In Peace.

Reposing at his home on Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm for family, friends and neighbours. Removal on Tuesday morning to St. Mary's Church, Crosserlough, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. In line with the current Government and HSE guidelines the funeral will be limited to 50 people. Please ensure social distancing at all times.

Sarah Browne (née Moore)

Coolatty, Smithborough, Monaghan

Peacefully, at home, on Sunday, 29th August 2021, in the loving care of her devoted family. Beloved wife of the late Matt.

Sarah will be dearly missed by her loving family, daughter Martina, sons John and Willie, son-in-law Jon ( Egerton), daughters-in-law Lillian and Doreen, also her cherished grandchildren Ryan, Lois, Darren, Rebecca, Evan, Reece, Matthew, Ethan and Leah, sisters Meta (Dunne, Armagh) and Jean (England) and the entire family circle. Pre-deceased by her brother and sister-in-law, Willie and Beth Moore and sister Florrie Faulkner.

Resting at her home, until removal on Wednesday, 1st September, at 1.30pm, for Funeral service in Smithborough Presbyterian Church at 2pm. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

Due to the current Covid restrictions, the house is strictly private and the funeral service is limited to family only. Those who wish to line the route may do so. Please adhere to the current social distancing guidelines at all times.

Family flowers only. Donations, in memory of Sarah, if so desired, to Cavan-Monaghan Palliative Care, (cheques made payable to same), c/o Conly Funeral Directors, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan or any family member.
