Sadly missed by Sean and Anne Marie McPhillips and family his sister Susan Hodgins, nephews, nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, cousins, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, tomorrow, Tuesday, from 6pm until 8pm.

Requiem Mass Wednesday morning in St Matthew's Church, Drumavaddy, at 11am.

Burial afterwards in Old Cemetery.

Michael McCabe, died suddenly at his home in Latnadrona, Crosserlough, Co. Cavan.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by his wife Eileen, daughters Aishling & Teresa, son in law Conor and much loved grandson Darragh.

Predeceased by his daughter Michelle, parents Josie and Julia, brothers Seamy & Donnie, sisters Kathy & Eileen.

Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters Andy, P.V., Gene, Sheila, Marion, Anna & Geraldine, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan today, Monday from 5.00pm until 7.00pm.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11.30am interment afterwards in Cullies Cemetery.

Died Sunday 24th October 2021, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Teresa (nee Fitzpatrick). Loving father of Paul (Yvonne), Sean (Marie), Gabrielle (Mark Jordan), P.J.(Gráinne), Roisin (James) and predeceased by his daughter-in-law Marian (Paul) (R.I.P.).

A dear brother of Alice, Hugh and Pat, Predeceased by his siblings Ben, Seamus, Bridget, Ann, and Eileen. (R.I.P.).

John will repose at his late home until removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30 a.m. to arrive at The Church of Immaculate Conception, Newtownbutler for 11 o’clock funeral Mass, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

John will be sadly missed by his daughters, sons, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions John’s wake, funeral Mass and burial will be private to family only please.

Ursula Regan (née Rynn)

Aughrim, Ballinaglera, Leitrim

The death has occurred of Ursula Regan (née Rynn), of Firswood Manchester, formerly Aughrim, Ballinaglera, Co. Leitrim, in Manchester Royal Infirmary on the 12/09/2021.

Predeceased by her brother Michael.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Frank, daughters Sarah, Frances and Vanessa and son Paul and grandchildren, Mabel , Nina, Elsie, Albie, Oscar, Gloria and Margot and by her sisters, Annie Sue, Imelda and Brid and extended relatives, friends and neighbours.

Removal to St. Hugh’s Church, Ballinaglera arriving at 7pm on Wednesday 27th October. Funeral Mass at 12 noon Thursday 28th October, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, all donations to Dementia UK would be most gratefully appreciated in Ursula's memory.

Mary Connolly (née Martin)

Rathlagan, Drumconrath, Meath

Peacefully, at Moorehall Lodge Nursing Home, Ardee, 24th October 2021.

Predeceased by her husband Ciaran.

Deeply regretted by her daughters Andree Connolly, Fiona Crouch, son Kevin, brothers Paddy Martin, sisters Rose Lynch, grandchildren David, Luke and Gwen and son-in-law Mark Crouch. Sadly missed by her sister-in-law Una, brothers-in-law Francie and Paddy, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Bros. Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt, on Wednesday, 27th October, from 4pm to 6pm.

Please adhere to continued HSE & government guidelines, wear face coverings & observe social distancing.

Removal to Saint Patrick and Saint Brigid’s Church, Meath Hill on Wednesday evening, arriving for 7pm. Mary’s funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 28th October at 11 am followed by burial in Drumconrath Cemetery.

There will be an opportunity for people to show their respects to Mary’s family by filing past them in the church grounds after the funeral Mass and in the cemetery following her burial on Thursday.

Doreen Hall (née Hamill)

Doohat, Newbliss, Monaghan

Doreen passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, 25th October, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her sister Jean (Topping, England).

Beloved wife of Henry and Mother of Ronnie (Sylvia), Noel (Audrey), Keith (Samantha) and Gary (Mary).

Doreen will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband, sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Devyn, Nathan, Lauren, Shannon, Lee, Ellen, Ryan, Chloe, Sarah-Jane, Daniel, Emily and Jack, sister Edith (Dickson, England), brother John (Hamill, Drum) sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends and by all who knew and loved Doreen.

Doreen will be resting at the family home from 5pm to 9pm this Tuesday evening.

Doreen's funeral cortège will travel from the family home at approximately 1.15pm to arrive at Drum Presbyterian Church for 2pm Funeral Service on Wednesday afternoon.

Burial afterwards in adjoining graveyard.
