All Ireland dance champion will teach a four Monday night jive courses

Professional dance teacher Gerard Butler is coming to the Ballinagh Community Hall to teach his ever popular jiving classes starting Monday, November 8, at 8.30pm.

The nine times All Ireland dance champion will teach a four Monday night jive course. If you’re looking for a good night of fun and dance make sure to check it out.

“It’s possible to teach anyone to dance, but whether they become a dancer or not is completely down to their natural ability,” Gerard tells the Celt.

“The system I teach, if someone has it, they will definitely be able to jive after three or four weeks - now there’s a lot of practice, too, of course.”
