The team at KORE Insulation celebrate their success following the 2021 Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) Energy Awards.

Success at its KORE!

The global pandemic has not stopped the rising star that is KORE Insulation.

The Kilnaleck based insulation solutions provider recently won the SME Exemplary Energy Performance award at the 2021 Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) Energy Awards.

A delighted Caroline Ashe, the company’s commercial director, vowed the company will continue to strive to be the best in the industry.

“We will keep being exemplary and we will work hard, not only for our community and our people, but also for our planet,” she said.

Over the past five years, KORE has implemented major reform in reducing its energy demand and carbon emissions.

KORE Insulation also participates in retrofit schemes across the country and has implemented energy saving measures in its own factory.

Founded in 1997 by Tommy and Helen Brady and Jimmy Macken, KORE has set a goal to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2030.

It’s not the first time KORE’s efforts have been recognised.

The company was the overall winner of the SFA National Small Business Awards 2020.

The Kilnaleck company also took the top award atThe Anglo-CeltCavan Business & Tourism Awards back in 2017-18.
