Breena Hooimeijer (née Greenan)

Old Bridge Road, Cootehill, Cavan

The death has occurred of Breena Hooimeijer (nee Greenan) Old Bridge Road, Cootehill, Co. Cavan, February 13th 2022, suddenly, at Beaumount Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her parents Vincent and Josephine Greenan. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband Ali, her devastated children Denise (Barry), Mickyla (Daryl), Mairead (Jonny) Son Philie, Sabreena (Sean), sisters Carol and Fidelma, brothers Vincent and Stephen, and Philip, father of her children, her adored grandchildren Jamie, Calan, Lucy, Anna, Aoife, Sean Og, Jayden, mother-in-law Maria, son-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and all her extended family and friends.

MAY HER GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE.

Kathleen O'Hara (née Mc Donald)

Drumnaveil, Station Road, Cootehill, Cavan

Kathleen O’Hara (nee Mc Donald) late of Drumnaveil, Station Road, Cootehill February 12th 2022 peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Fairlawns nursing home Bailieboro, Co. Cavan. Predeceased by her Husband Bob and her Son Brendan. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family son Gerard, daughter-in-law Sharon and Margaret her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, sister-in-law Bridie, relatives and friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Mullen’s Funeral Home Cootehill Wednesday evening, February 16th, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Funeral cortege leaving Mullen’s Funeral Home Thursday morning at 10.40am to arrive to St Michael’s Church Cootehill for 11am Funeral mass followed by burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Cootehill.

Rosaleen (Rosh) Hopkins (née Wood)

Mullinary, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Rosaleen (Rosh) Hopkins (née Wood), Mullinary, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully in the tender loving care of the carers and staff at St. Mary’s Nursing Home, Castleblayney, Sunday, 13th February 2022. Predeceased by her parents Freddie and Nancy and her sister Patricia. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband Benny, daughters Joan and Karen, brother Terry, sons-in-law Colin and Michael, her beloved grandchildren Alan, Lauren, Tadhg, Naoise, their partner’s Mariyana, Christina, Jena and Conor, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Deery’s Funeral Home, Carrickmacross (A81 C653) on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm. Removal from her residence on Wednesday morning on foot via Parnell St to St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining Cemetery.

House Strictly Private.

Lisgall, Smithborough, Monaghan, H18 P208

Unexpectedly, at his home. Predeceased by his grandparents Kathleen and Paddy Leonard, grandfather Mick Boylan, uncle Ned Boylan (Scotstown), aunt Bridge Corr (Scotstown) and cousin Kieran McCarey. Dearly beloved son of Jimmy and Margaret, much loved brother of Fiona, boyfriend of Niamh (Dolan), brother-in-law of Kevin, adored uncle of Katie and grandson of Maureen Boylan.

May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace

Reposing at his home tomorrow, Tuesday, from 7pm until 9pm and on Wednesday from 12 noon until 9pm. Removal on Thursday morning (House private to family please) at 10.20am to arrive at St Mary's Church, Magherarney for funeral mass at 11am. Burial immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Enda Mc Carney

Derryledigan, Scotstown, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Enda Mc Carney, Derryledigan, Scotstown, Co Monaghan, tragically and unexpectedly, Sunday 13th February. Beloved and much loved husband of Catriona and adored father of Caolan, Finn, Eanna, Emmett and Pearce. Devoted son of Monica and cherished brother of Cathy (Paul Lavery) and Carmel (Jim Mc Connon). Enda will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, sons, mother, sisters, Catriona's parents Bridie and Bill Quirk, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, Enda and Catriona's biker friends and by all who knew and loved Enda.

The death has occurred of Trevor Steenson, Drummuck Lane, Stranoodan, Monaghan, H18 WP65.

Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Florie, and his brother David. Deeply regretted by his Partner Orla and children Dean, Megan and Stephanie, his brothers and sisters, Tony, Willie, Noel, Kenny, Ronnie, Arnold, Linda, Mervyn, Petula, Yvonne, and Ian, his sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Remains reposing at his home from 6pm today Monday until removal at 1.15pm on Wednesday to arrive at 1st Ballybay for 2pm service. Private family burial afterwards in Cahans Cemetery.
