A dull and damp morning with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, according to Met Eireann for Ulster. More persistent rain will push into the west of the province later this morning, spreading eastwards through the afternoon and evening and turning heavy at times. Breezy in moderate to fresh and gusty westerly winds, strong at times near coasts. Highest temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees.

Any lingering rain will clear to the east early tonight, with scattered showers and clear spells following from the Atlantic. Showers will turn heavy at times. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 5 degrees in moderate to fresh southwesterly winds.
