Kickstarter Smoothie

Kickstart your day with this delicious and healthy option.

This is a great way to boost your fibre and kickstart your day! It’s easy and takes five minutes to prep.

INGREDIENTS

Two handfuls of spinach

50g blueberries

50g raspberries

One banana

150ml skimmed milk

METHOD

Add two handfuls of spinach, the blueberries, raspberries, banana and milk to a blender. Whizz together until smooth and serve in a tall glass. Serve with two 30g slices of wholemeal toast and a boiled egg for a hearty breakfast.
