Died 6th July 2022, peacefully at St Joseph's Nursing Home Virginia surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Hugh sons Stephen and Andrew. Deeply regretted by her daughters Marion (Noel) & Teresa (Adrian), sons Hugh (Debbie), Bernard (Philomena), Paul and Michael (Bridie), brothers Francie, Tommy and Billy, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home Thursday from 5pm to 7pm.

Funeral cortege leaving the funeral home at 10.30am Friday to arrive at St. Anne’s Church, Bailieborough for Funeral Mass at 11am with Burial afterwards in St. Anne’s Cemetery.

Dublin Road, Ballinagh, Cavan

Monday July 4th 2022, peacefully, in the loving care of his family and the staff at Esker Lodge Nursing Home, Cavan.

Beloved son of the late Charles C. and Bridget Fitzpatrick and brother of the late Tommy, Sean and Tilly his infant sisters Nora, and Anamarie and infant brother Francis Joseph.

Cathal will be very sadly missed by his sisters Eileen Leddy, Dublin and Bridie Gaffney, New York, his brother in law Brendan, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, neighbours, all his relatives and many friends.

Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Road, Cavan H12 C821, on Wednesday evening from 5pm until 8pm.

Walk through and refrain from handshaking, please.

Masks are advised for the safety of family and all those attending.

Removal from the home of his nephew Charlie and wife Helena, Urney, on Thursday morning, arriving to St. Felim’s Church, Ballinagh, for Funeral Mass at 11am.

Burial will take place after Mass in the family plot in the adjoining cemetery.

Formerly of Maughera, Finea and Moydristan, Ballyheelan, Kilnaleck. Tuesday, June 28th (peacefully) in Manchester.

Sadly missed by his family; John, Colin, Joan (Kevin) Padraig (Louise), their mother Kathleen, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Died Wednesday, 6th July, peacefully at home, in the care of his loving family.

Beloved husband of the late Josie (R.I.P.) and loving father to David (Shona), Mandy Darcy (Tony), Catherine Presley (Gerard), Hilary Curran (Aidy), brother of Sadie Wells.

Sammy will repose at the family home until removal on Friday morning at 10.30am, to arrive at Holy Cross Church, Lisnaskea, for 11am funeral Mass, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Sammy will be sadly missed by his daughters, son, sons-in-law Tony, Gerard and Aidy, daughter-in-law Shona, sister, grandchildren Seainin, Gareth, Amy, Chloe, Conor, Adam and Aoife, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and the entire family circle.

Una Hendry (née Maguire)

Died Tuesday 5th July 2022, peacefully in hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late James (R.I.P.) and loving mother to Lorna McKenna (Patsy) and Senga Sharkey. Devoted Granny to Niamh and her late grandson Liam.

Una will repose at her late residence until removal tomorrow morning (Thursday) at 10-30 am to arrive at Holy Cross Church, Lisnaskea for 11 am Requiem Mass.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Una will be sadly missed by her daughters, son-in-law, granddaughter, nieces, nephews, cousins and the wider circle of family and friends.

Kinawley and formerly Drumhaw Fold, Lisnaskea and London, Wednesday 6th July 2022, peacefully, dear sister of Peter (Kinawley), Eugene (Newtownbutler), John (Clones) and the late Francie RIP.

Remains reposing at Swift and McCaffrey Funeral Home, Lisnaskea on Thursday 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Removal on Friday morning at 10.15 am to arrive for 11.00 am Requiem Mass in St Naile’s Church, Kinawley followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing brothers, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and extended family circle.

Walpole, Rev Christopher Gilling (Chris) (late of Sandymount, Co. Dublin and formerly of Moira, Co. Down and Fermanagh) on 2nd July 2022, peacefully, in the loving care of Susan and her staff in Brabazon House.

Dearly loved and loving husband of Betty and his late wife Rosemary, much loved father of John and Dorothy, dear grandfather of Kathryn, David, James, Sarah and Rachel and father-in-law of Mary and Ivan.

Loved and remembered always by friends, former colleagues and the wider Church Community.

Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Moira Methodist Church, Co. Down on Friday, 22nd July, at 3.30pm.

Gerry died peacefully in Cavan General Hospital, after a long illness bravely borne, in the tender care of the Palliative Care Team and surrounded by his family on 4th, July, 2022.

He is predeceased by his parents John and Mary and his son Peter.

Deeply regretted by his wife Maureen, sons Gerard, Joseph and Kevin, daughters Sinéad and Monica, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his beloved grandchildren Eve, Áine, Isobelle, Conor, James, Gary, Claire, Holly, Callum and Sarah, brother Patrick and sister Jenny, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Gerry will reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford, eircode (N39 KN66),on Wednesday 6th from 6 o'clock concluding with prayers at 8 o'clock, and he will also repose at his home on Thursday 7th.

Funeral mass at 12 noon on Friday 8th in St.Mary's Church, Legga, Eircode (N39 XK11), followed by burial in Legga Cemetery.

Peacefully in Mullingar Regional Hospital,surrounded by his loving family, on the 5th, July, 2022.

He is predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret (Maggie) and his parents Jimmy and Annie.

Séamus will be forever missed by his family, son Trevor, daughter Thelma, son-in-law Noel, daughter-in-law Kelly-Marie, his adored grandchildren Brooklyn, Maggie, Taylor, Noel, Bébhinn and Cormac, brothers Paddy-Joe and Eugene, sisters Eileen, Marian, Cáit and Ann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

Séamus will repose in the family home (Garvagh) on Wednesday 6th from 4 o'clock until 9 o'clock.

Funeral cortege will arrive to The Holy Trinity Church, Ballinalee, on Thursay 7th for Funeral mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in St. Emer's Cemetery.

Peacefully, after a short illness, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Alexander will be sadly missed by his partner Gergana, his son Martin, his family and friends.

Reposing in McEntee's Funeral Home, Kells (A82K0D7) on Thursday evening, 7th July, from 5.30pm to 8.30pm followed by private cremation.

6th of July 22. Nick passed peacefully at home with his loving family, 6 days before his 96th birthday.

Predeceased by his wife Dorothy and daughter Fiona and sadly missed by his daughters Kathryn, Angela, Sharon and Anne-Marie; his grandchildren Louise, Gabriella, Joshua, Jamie, Alana, Dean, Nicky and Gemma, his brother Sean, his great-grandchildren, extended family, neighbours, friends and his carers.

Reposing in Phil and Anne-Marie Galligan’s home, Rainbow Farm on Thursday from 3pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 11 am in St. Brigid’s Church, Oldcastle, burial afterwards in local cemetery.
