Stephen Clarke

Derryham, Bailieborough, Cavan

Stephen Clarke Derryham, Bailieborough, Co.Cavan, died July 11, peacefully, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Agnes, his brother Philip and nephew Tommie Michael. Deeply regretted by his loving wife and best friend Angela, his children Sinéad, Barry, Sharon and Nicola and their partners Benny, Mark and Cathal, and his adored grandchildren Shay and Danny. His brothers and sisters Maureen, Una, Patrick, Noeleen, Charlie, Rita, Helen, Betty, Mary Lou, Paul and Gary, his brothers and sisters in-law, his aunt Sr. Rita, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and large circle of friends.

Reposing at Clarke's funeral home Bailieborough, Tuesday evening, July 12th from 5pm - 8pm. Funeral cortege will leave his residence Thursday morning July 14th at 10:40am to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Clanaphilip, for funeral Mass at 11am with Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Seamus Donohoe Pullakeel, Carrickaboy, Co Cavan. Sunday July 10th peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Virginia Health care centre.

Pre-deceased by his wife Mary Ellen, sister Margaret Monaghan and brother Bartley. Sadly missed by his sisters Bridie Gilbride, Rose Connor, Eilish Corcoran, Annie Doyle and Eileen Fay, niece-in law Breege Gaffney and her sons John and Terence, brothers in law Danny Doyle and Vincent Fay, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home Dublin Road, Cavan on Tuesday evening from 5-7pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11am in St Matthew's Church Drumavaddy, with interment afterwards in the old cemetery.

Late of Aughaconey, Ballinagh, Co. Cavan.

Peacefully, in her 94th year, in the loving care of her family and staff of College View Private Nursing Home, Cavan. Predeceased by her parents, brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her beloved sister Teresa O'Reilly, Dulane, Kells, Co. Meath, her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, her wonderful neighbours and many friends.

Arriving to Mary Immaculate Church, Virginia, tomorrow evening, Tuesday, for reception prayers at 7pm. Requiem funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am, followed by interment in St Joseph's Cemetery, Drumkilly.

Cortubber and 6 Fairymount Avenue, Kingscourt, Cavan

The death has occurred of Francie Gaynor, Cortubber and 6 Fairymount Avenue, Rocks Road, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, peacefully at home in the loving care of his family, 10th July, 2022. Predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted by his lifelong partner Mary McKenna, son Martin (Dima), and granddaughters Paige (Australia) and Mary. Sadly missed by his nephews Paul (Barbara), Michael (Patricia), his niece Sheila, his extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Kieran Bros. Funeral Home, Hall St., Kingscourt from 4pm until 6pm on Tuesday, 12th July. Removal from there on Tuesday evening directly to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, arriving for 7pm. Francie’s Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, July 13, at 10am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Rosaleen Lee (nee Bannon) Degnavanty, Kill, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. July 11th 2022 peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her family and in the loving care of the staff of Medical Two. Predeceased by her loving husband Tommie, twin brother Patrick, brother John, sisters Kathleen & Bridie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family her children Margaret, Caroline, Patrick, Michael, Frances, Veronica, spouses & partners, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Rita, Mena & Babs, brother Jim, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Mullen’s Funeral Home Cootehill (H16 FD25) this Wednesday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning leaving her home at 11.30am to arrive at St. Brigid’s Church, Kill (H16 V520) for 12 noon funeral mass, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

The Lee family home will be private on Thursday morning. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in memory of Rosaleen to Barretstown c/o Mullen’s Funeral Directors Cootehill or any family member. The Lee family would like to thank you for your cooperation and consideration at this difficult time.

Funeral cortege will travel via Wrights Cross to St Brigid’s Church Kill. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line the route on Thursday morning in mark of respect of Rosaleen.

Predeceased by his loving wife Kitty brother Gus and grandson Peter, sadly missed by his son Thomas, daughters, Mary & Anne, daughter in law Catherine, sons in law Paddy Deay & Peter Hennessy, grand children, Michael, Edel, Conor, Kate, Maria, Bernard, Caitlin, Lauren, Joanne & Paul, his sister Nancy Tierney, nieces & nephews and a wide circle of neighbours and friends. Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the professional and caring staff of Castlemanor Nursing Home who cared for Dad so attentively throughout his stay there.

As a mark of respect Koolkid's children's activity centre will close on Wednesday13th July.

Amanda Boylan

49 Bree, Castleblayney, Monaghan

The death has occured of Amanda Boylan (nee Duffy) formerly of 49 Bree, Castleblaney, Co.Monaghan in Long Island New York on Saturday 9th of July surrounded by her loving family.

Amanda was the daughter of the late Pat Duffy and daughter in law of the late Henry Owen & Kathleen Boylan Knockcor, Tydavnet, Co.Monaghan.

Survived by her loving Husband Brendan, son Gavin Patrick her mother Bridie, brothers, Sisters, nieces and nephews, brothers in law, sisters in law and extended family members. Amanda will be sadly missed by all her family and friends in Long Island NY and at home here in Ireland. A memorial service will take place in Long Island at a later date.
